  • Friday: Rosary at 9.30am and Mass at 10am
  • Saturday: Mass at 10am; Confessions from 5.30pm-5.55pm and Vigil Mass at 6pm

A very happy birthday to Father Emmanuel!

SVP News: Vouchers for the Housebound – We get supermarket vouchers for the housebound every year; thanks to Tesco for making a financial contribution towards this.

New Group: for a while SVP groups have been getting set up in schools, called ‘mini vinnies’. There is now one up and running at St Mary’s PS.

Storehouse and Salvation Army will again be supplying Christmas dinners to those in need. Weare providing the sweet for the meal (Christmas puddings, mince pies, rice pudding, custard, cream trifle etc.). Also, cranberry sauce and any new unopened toys or, if you wish, a monetary donation. Any donations by Sunday 7th December please. Thank you.

Collections: The collection last week amounted to £504.51. The  special collection last week for Father Emmanuel’s seminary in Nigeria raised£436.07. Thank you to all donors.

Crib collection: Our annual parish crib collection will be donated to the Infant Welfare Centre in Jerusalem, run by the Greek Catholic Annunciation Society. It is a is a non-political Catholic Charity and your donation will include support for its nursery at this difficult time in the Holy Land.

Every Monday in Advent at 7:45pm to pray for unborn children, their mothers, and all pro-life intentions. Includes short reflection from guest speakers. Registration details can be found on the Diocesan website.

Diploma in Catechetics - Explore the richness of the Catholic faith in 2026 by taking the Diploma in Catechetics.
